Dino Renaerts is a graduate of the Dubrulle International Culinary Institute
where he earned his Certificate of Achievement with Honours from the Canadian
Sommelier Guild. Mr. Renaerts is a local leader in his field having been invited
to be a guest speaker at the Sommelier Summit 2001 in Sonoma, California. He
is also recognized as the first Western Canadian Chef to receive a Sommelier
Certificate.
Today, Mr. Renaerts serves as the Executive Chef of the Hotel Georgia in downtown
Vancouver where he has been busy reshaping the food and beverage program resulting
in him winning two prestigious awards for his ‘All B.C.’ wine program.
Mr. Renaerts’ contribution to GET iT both online and in print will include
him sharing some of his favourite wines for the season, along with his opinions
and advice on demystifying the secrets of picking the perfect bottle of wine
to match any meal!
